Image via WikipediaWarren County Board of Elections results unofficially show voters approved the city of Franklin’s proposed half-percent income tax increase.
With all nine precincts and 61 absentee ballots counted, 819, or 66.5 percent are for the income tax and 413, or 33.5 percent are opposed, according to Warren County Voters Site.
