Warren County is fortunate to have a Child Advocacy Center to address situations of child abuse and neglect; a CAC is considered a "best practice" model to investigate and deliver treatment for child abuse cases.
Teresa Wiles, director of the center, will be the featured speaker at our April 18 meeting. We'll also hear a brief presentation by Franklin's interim city manager, Sonny Lewis.
