If you know of a streetlight outage please call Duke Energy directly 800-543-5599 – residents can also report outages on Duke Energy’s website at http://www.duke-energy.com/ohio/outages.asp
Please have the following information ready: The pole number (although some older poles do not have a number) Closest address Nature of the problem (e.g., light totally out, flickering light).
We do periodically attempt to report these issues, but we need your help.
