The Franklin High School Varsity Tennis team went to Mason this past weekend for the Division 2 Sectional Tournaments.  They faced players from Badin, Bethel-Tate, Fenwick, Blanchester, Clinton-Massie, East Clinton, Felicity-Franklin, Finneytown, Monroe, New Richmond, Norwood, Roger Bacon, and Waynesville.

Franklin had an unbelievable team season this year and went to work as singles and doubles representing Franklin in the State tourney.  The Wildcats team success carried over to tournament success this weekend!  Anthony Hudson earned a spot in Districts by finishing second.  This is Hudson's third trip as a Singles player for the Franklin High School Varsity Tennis team.  Phil Stover took out #4 seed Phil Hassell from Blanchester High School.  Stover finished fourth and earned the last spot to districts!!

The duo of Cody Buffenbarger and Stephen Mangroo finished fourth in their sectionals allowing them to move on to districts, as well!

CONGRATULATIONS ANTHONY, PHIL, CODY, & STEPHEN!!  GOOD LUCK IN DISTRICTS!
