You heard right, New Owners are going to relaunch Mr. Frosty's!!  Come out Saturday, April 24, 2 p.m. at the grand reopening of Mr. Frosty, 12 E. Sixth St. Stop by to welcome the new owners, the Walhrebs, to the Franklin business community.
