In front of a large homecoming crowd the Franklin Wildcats took a 28-7 win from the Madison Mohawks after giving them the early 0-7 lead.  The Wildcats had a rough game getting things going and had two turnovers on the night.  After the Mohawks took the early lead in the first quarter.  Franklin took their next drive 9 plays and 72 yards for a Eric Hildenbrand 1 yard score.  Jordan Pruitt extra point try was blocked.  But after the kick off Franklin was able to recover a fumble by Madison on the 2 which set up a 2 yard run by Dylan Salyers.  Salyers also added the two point conversion run in to make the score 14-7.

Hildenbrand added a 9-yard TD run and Cody Priest scored from 3 yards out to score in the second half.  Franklin heads to Valley View next week to take on the Spartans!

Franklin now 5-1 has won 5 straight and playing well together as a team.  They are posed to make a strong playoff push again this year.
