What if you could say... “I helped Jeff Gordon make it to NASCAR” or say, “I helped Tiger Woods buy some tee time, when he was in High School?” Well, there is a phenom of that caliber right here in Franklin, and she's going to have her NASCAR Whelen Late Model racecar at the Franklin Area Business Chamber of Commerce Expo on September 15^th.

Sloan is currently leading the rookie points and intends on being the 1st to win the Ohio State Rookie Championship, and she will be the youngest person EVER to win a NASCAR award in the Whelen series. This championship will be very close, and most likely be less than 6 points.

Mike Helton, senior vice president and chief operating officer for NASCAR, wrote to Sloan on Sept 1, saying,

“ the future of auto racing is in good hands with a competitor like you to look ahead to,” Helton further states, " we at NASCAR look forward to hearing more good news about your racing career." "Best regards, Mike Helton."
