Our Franklin Wildcats ventured into Milton Union last night in their first match up against an SWBL opponent. The Wildcats who the last two weeks relied heavily on the legs of running Back Dylan Salyers needed an air attack to take care of business.
Franklin QB Ben Sizemore was the Senior leader he has been for the Wildcats all year by tossing a pair of touchdown passes. His first was a 20 yard toss to Cody Priest and then followed that up with a long passing score to Justin Rickard for 68 yards.
Franklin held Milton Union to just 6 points and won the game 16-6 in their SWBL Southwestern start up. Franklin now 3-1 will face winless Bellbrook Eagles for another SWBL matchup next week at Atrium Stadium.
