Recently, the Franklin Wildcats were on display by Channel 7 WHIO Touchdown 7 crew. Mike Hartsock came down to a practice and did a summer Two A Day preseason preview of this year's Wildcats!

The talk of the video is that the Wildcats are coming off an impressive playoff appearance last year and finishing their season 6-5.

Coach Rodney Roberts continues his building process here at Franklin and the work is starting to show and the boys are truly buying into his system. This year's team is going to have a good mixture of returning players and new talent to the Varsity team that will be expected to step up and make plays.

It seems that Franklin will this year have the luxury of a 2 QB system with Senior Ben Sizemore leading the way. The two QB system will allow Franklin the ability to really mix up their offense by running and passing and keeping defenses second guessing.

The Wildcats are gearing up and do not need much motivation but will face backyard rival Carlisle on August 28th. The talks are already heating up and the anticipation is going through the roof! It will be a great opener and a great night of football. The game will be at Carlisle.
